Why is the scrimmage for rookie teams only?

The scrimmage is to help new teams prepare for their first tournement. Teams that have been to 1 or more tournements already know what its all about.

What if our teams robot or presentation is not ready?

The scrimmage is "for fun". This day will help you finish your robot or presentation. It could also be a great time to find things you have done wrong or help you understand a rule. In finding these problems or improvements during the scrimmage you will still have time to fix them before your tournement. Plus its going to be a fun time!! 

Why is the event only open to 6 teams?

Due to event space and time. We also want to ensure each team learns as much as they can before their real tournaments.

Is this a bring your own lunch event?

Yes. Bring a lunch and eat with the other teams.
